The one Who Knew
This tender and imaginative journey invites you to reconnect with the younger parts of yourself who once moved through the world with intuition, curiosity, and unfiltered truth. Through guided memory, sensory exploration, and soft ritual, you will learn to listen to the girl you once were, not to “fix” her, but to honor her as the one who always knew the way.
You will experience a sense of wholeness and emotional clarity as you integrate her wisdom into your present-day self, awakening a deeper trust in your authentic voice.

Revillaging: Remembering & Rediscovering the Power of Feminine Ritual
This profound session invites you to reclaim the rites of passage that have shaped your life as a woman. We will re-learn the initiations often overlooked, yet deeply encoded in your body’s memory. You will explore the significance of thresholds such as menarche, motherhood, and menopause, and learn how ritual can bring reverence back into these transitions.
Through shared storytelling and a gentle ritual honoring your first bleed, you will experience a sense of belonging, lineage, and embodied remembrance. You will leave with a deeper understanding of how to weave ritual into your life and community, restoring the ancient feminine wisdom of being witnessed, held, and celebrated.

Flower Essence Magic
This floral immersion invites you into the subtle, enchanting world of flower essences. You will learn what flower essences are, how they are created, and how they support emotional and energetic transformation. Then, through collective ritual, you will craft a group flower essence imbued with intention, beauty, and the shared energy of the women gathered.
As you work with the flowers, you will deepen your intuition, soften your emotional field, and experience the quiet magic of co-creating with the land. You will take home a bottle of this essence as a reminder of your blossoming long after the retreat ends.

Sister Circles
Our Sister Circles are sacred gathering spaces where women come together in honesty, ceremony, and compassionate connection. These circles invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and be witnessed in a way that feels safe, supportive, and true.
Each circle is gently facilitated to guide meaningful conversation, inner reflection, and shared wisdom. Through rituals, prompts, storytelling, and communal practices, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your inner landscape, honor your lived experiences, and feel held in the presence of other women walking their own paths of healing and awakening. You are invited to show up exactly as you are.

Ren Sullivan
Somatic Embodiment Guide & Massage Therapist
I’m a trauma-informed somatic bodyworker and massage therapist based in Seattle, licensed for over 20 years. Through my practice, Body of Eden, I support clients in reconnecting with their intuition, reclaiming body trust, and restoring inner safety, especially those healing from trauma, spiritual disconnection, or systemic shame. My work integrates sacred touch, nervous system education, intuitive movement, and ritual. I believe that healing begins in the body, and that the body speaks a language older than words. I collaborate with therapists and healers to offer wraparound care rooted in presence, safety, and soul. My sessions and workshops help people access what the body remembers and what the younger self still carries, not as a broken part to fix, but as a wise collaborator in healing.
